Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Black Cardamom -1
Food colour
Saffron (kesar)

Biryani is a mixed rice dish originating from Indian subcontinent, it is typically made with Indian spices, rice, and veg/egg/meat(chicken/mutton, fish). Biryani is popular throughout the Indian subcontinent, it has gained popularity in South India especially in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. There are many variations of this dish, the variations come from the way it is prepared (e.g. hyderabadi dum biryani) and ingredients used i.e. vegetables, eggs, chicken, mutton, fish etc. In this recipe video I have shown step by step easy process of making veg biryani in a pressure cooker.
