BUTTERED CHICKEN

For the batter:
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
2 pcs raw egg
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

1/2 kl chicken breast fillet (boneless)
*you can use any part of the chicken, bone-in, cut into bite size.
Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking oil – for deep frying

For the coating:
110g (half size of 1 whole butter) Anchor/Magnolia salted butter. *You can use any brand of butter.
1 head minced garlic
2-3 Tbsp cooking oil

OTHER OPTION:
You can do 1:1 ratio, if you want more crunchy texture. Eg.: 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup cornstarch. Then follow all the ingredients. Add more water on the batter mixture as needed.
