Ingredients:
Chicken
2 ½ lbs. chicken wings
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp mustard powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 cup ap flour
3 tbsp corn flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup water

Sauce
1 ½ tbsp cooking oil
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp gochujang
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp green onion

Instructions:
1. Mix chicken wings with salt, pepper, mustard powder and ginger paste
2. Marinate for 30 minutes
3. In a clear bowl, mix ap flour with corn flour, salt and water
4. Coat chicken pieces in batter
5. Deep fry in cooking oil for 6 minutes at 375 Fahrenheit
6. In a separate pan, prepare sauce by adding cooking oil, minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, and sugar
7. Toss fried chicken in sauce
8. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh green onion
9. Ready to enjoy!
