Ingredients:
Prawns – 500 gm
Salt – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder – 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Onion – 1
Green chillies – 3
Curry leaves – few
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Coriander leaves – few

Procedure:
* Take prawns in a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste.
* Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes.
* Heat oil in a pan and saute thinly sliced onion till it gets a golden brown colour.
* Add slit green chillies and curry leaves and saute.
* Add the marinated prawns and cook on high flame till oil separates.
* To this, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and cook for 10 minutes or till it is done.
* Finally add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
