Garlic Prawns are an easy recipe to make when you are craving seafood. We have added some extra spices to give this recipe an Indian twist. Our recipe is on the thicker side which allows us to make it more flavourful.

Cleaned prawns – 250 gms
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Haldi powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Gram flour (besan) – 3 tsp
Lemon – 1/2
Oil – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/2
Garlic cloves – 12 to 15
Ginger – 1-inch piece
Curry leaves – few
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Green chillies – 2 to 3
