Quick recap of the recipe:
– Add 1 cup boiled sushi rice in a bowl
– Add 1 teaspoon sugar
– Add 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
– Mix and toss well
– Chop ½ a carrot and ½ a cucumber
– Marinate the cucumber and carrot
– Add 1 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon of rice wine vinegar
– Place a nori sheet on a mat
– Spread the rice on the sheet
– Line the vegetables on top of the rice
– Slowly roll the mat over the sheet
– Slice the sheet with a Salmon knife
– Plate it with some soy sauce and fresh wasabi
