Ingredients used for soya chunks kabab :
Soya chunks – 50 gm
Corn flour – 3 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Jeera / Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger & Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 2 tsp

Ingredients used for fried rice :
Oil – 5 tsp
Onion – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1/2 cup
Carrot – 1/2 cup
Beans – 1/2 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Mushroom – 1/2 cup
Green chilli – 4
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Half lemon juice
Cooked basmati rice – 2 cups
