Recipe:
Crust ~ about 5 ounces vanilla wafers, 4 tablespoons melted butter, one pinch of salt

First layer of Cream filling~ 8 ounces cream cheese, 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk, one egg, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/4 cup flour, 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Second layer of orange filling~ 8 ounces cream cheese, 1/3 cup orange juice concentrate, 1 teaspoon orange extract, 10 drops yellow food coloring, four drops red food coloring, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, one egg, 1/2 cup flour

Cooking instructions: Add 1 cup of water to bottom of pressure cooker, pressure cook on high for 28 minutes, rest for 10 minutes, refrigerate overnight
