STEAKHOUSE SOUP

INGREDIENTS
1/4 stick butter
6 cups beef broth
2 bags frozen vegetables of choice
2 lbs stew meat
1 onion, chopped
4-5 cloves garlic minced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup steak sauce
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
pinch cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
Set quick cooker to sear. Add butter, onion, green pepper, garlic and stew meat to inner pot. Cook, stirring occasionally until meat is browned on all sides. Add steak sauce, chilli powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, broth and frozen vegetables. Set quick cooker to soup and press start. Once time is up, manually release pressure and serve.
