Paneer – 200 grams
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Ghee – 2 to 3 tbl spoon

Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 3 to 5
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbl spoon
Mint leaves
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Kasuri methi – ½ teaspoon (optional)
Carrot – 1
Beans – 5
Curd – 2 tbl spoon
30 mins soaked basmati rice – 1 cup (250 grams)
Water – 1½ cup (for 1 cup of rice)
